Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Who we are and the scope of these terms

The seller is SHOP 4 SHOES LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 07196552. Our registered office and contact address are shown below. These terms cover consumer purchases of footwear for delivery to the UK and Canada through shop4shoess.com, together with the linked shipping, returns and payment policies.

The checkout is currently in TEST MODE. Demonstration transactions do not create paid orders for dispatch. A privacy notice explains our handling of information; browsing this website is not blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Products and placing an order

Read the product description, materials, sizing and price before ordering. Sizes are identified using the system stated on the product page; ask us if you need clarification. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, but this does not excuse a materially inaccurate description. Stock, product claims and any promotional saving must be accurate when a live order is accepted.

You must be able to enter a binding contract under the law applicable to you and provide accurate contact and delivery details. Before submitting a live order, you must have the opportunity to review, correct or decline it, see the total and settlement currency, and read and save the relevant terms. No optional service is added without your agreement.

An automatic receipt or test confirmation is not acceptance. The contract is formed on our express written acceptance, stating the products, price, currency, delivery charges and agreed delivery arrangements. We provide a retainable copy of the order and applicable terms; for Canadian distance sales, within the applicable provincial deadline, including 15 days where required. If an error or stock problem prevents acceptance, we explain it and refund any payment due; an accepted order is not retrospectively repriced without your agreement.

Prices, delivery and Canadian imports

Product prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes where legally required. Taxes collected by us, discounts and all merchant charges must be made clear before payment. Standard mainland UK delivery is £4.95, free when the goods subtotal after discounts is over £100.

Canadian standard delivery is fixed CAD 20.00 per order; estimated transit is 3–5 working days after dispatch, plus 1–2 working days of preparation. The UK free-delivery offer does not apply. If the CAD delivery price is paid in GBP, its conversion rate and exact equivalent must be disclosed and agreed before payment. The recipient separately pays Canadian import taxes, duties and customs-clearance or brokerage charges, with non-government charges disclosed before commitment and unresolved amounts confirmed before payment is accepted. See the Shipping Policy.

Delivery delays do not exclude mandatory cancellation or refund rights. Where we arrange delivery, we remain responsible for the parcel until delivery to you or your nominee, subject to mandatory local law.

Cancellations, returns and legal guarantees

We offer 30 days to notify us of a change-of-mind return in the UK and Canada. The Returns Policy explains return costs, refund timing, an optional cancellation form and applicable exceptions. UK distance-selling cancellation rights and Canadian provincial or territorial cancellation rights apply in addition to our voluntary offer.

Goods must meet applicable requirements of description, quality, fitness and durability. A voluntary return window or commercial warranty does not replace these rights. In Québec, mandatory legal warranties and consumer remedies apply. No policy requires a defective-goods claim within 48 hours or makes a legal remedy conditional on original packaging.

Responsibility, complaints and applicable law

We are responsible for loss or damage for which the applicable law makes us responsible, including reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not impose compulsory arbitration or waive your statutory court, complaint, chargeback or collective-action rights.

Contact us with your order reference and proposed resolution so we can investigate. You may also use the competent consumer-protection authority or court. For UK consumers, the law of England and Wales applies subject to mandatory protections and any right to bring a claim in your home UK jurisdiction. Canadian consumers retain all mandatory rights and remedies under the laws of their province or territory and access to the courts or authorities available under those laws. No foreign-law clause reduces those rights.

For Québec customers, a French version of these policies is available using the Français link above. Where required, the French contract and related documents must be provided before any express choice to contract in another language. Merely browsing the English website is not such a choice.

Website use and future changes

Use the site lawfully; do not interfere with its security or infringe others' rights. Content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law, without restricting lawful personal use or mandatory exceptions. Third-party links are provided for information and do not remove our responsibility for our own services.

The terms agreed when an order is accepted govern that order. Later changes apply to future orders and do not remove accrued rights. Material changes to personal-data use require appropriate notice and any consent required by law. Repair enquiries are governed by the Service Policy and an agreed written quotation.
