Cookie and Browser Storage Policy

What is used on this website
Cookies are small browser files; local storage and session storage are related ways to remember information. This notice applies to visitors in the UK and Canada. Storage must be assessed by its purpose, not merely by who supplies it.

For the provider's security-cookie names, purposes and durations, see Cloudflare cookie information. The website does not install advertising, behavioural analytics or social-media tracking tags. Advertising on an external platform does not by itself install that platform's tracker on this website.
Necessary functions and optional choices
Storage strictly necessary for a service you request, such as a basket or secure form, stays active. Analytics and advertising are separate optional categories, off by default. Analytics measures visits and site usage; advertising measures advertising results and enables personalised ads. No tools in these categories are currently installed.
Only necessary refuses both optional categories in one click. Accept all allows both; Customise lets you choose each separately, then Save my choices. Accept and refuse controls are equally accessible. Browsing, silence, scrolling and closing are not consent. The close button, Escape and clicking the backdrop discard unsaved changes.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choices or withdraw consent, including by selecting Only necessary. Both acceptance and refusal are remembered for 180 days on this browser. If storage is blocked, your choices apply only to this page and a new visit starts without optional permission. Without JavaScript, only necessary storage is used. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising off, including where a previous preference allowed it.
These controls apply in the UK and Canada. Adding a provider, new optional cookies or a new purpose requires updated information and a fresh choice before activation; current preferences are not blanket consent to future services. No Microsoft UET advertising tag ID is configured. Local Consent Mode commands prepare a denied default and updates based on the advertising choice; they do not load a tag or transmit data to Microsoft.
Browser controls and external resources
You can inspect, delete or block cookies and site storage using your browser's privacy/site-data settings. This may clear the basket, reset the notice or stop secure forms and checkout working. Clearing storage does not unsubscribe you from email; contact us separately for that.
External fonts/icons and checkout resources make connections to their providers and may disclose your IP address and browser details. A connection is not automatically an advertising cookie.
